Returns & Exchanges

At Live Love Locks, we want you to be obsessed with your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible beauty products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure products are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box with the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new items within 5-7 business days.
