What is your return policy for Live Love Locks products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, hair extensions and opened hair care liquids cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Are your hair tools compatible with international voltages?
Most of our styling tools are dual-voltage (110-240V), making them perfect for travel. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the individual product page to confirm for your specific model.
Do you offer a warranty on electronic styling tools?
Yes, all Live Love Locks electronic tools come with a limited 1-year manufacturer warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
